Our handball team fought their way through to the final. Deciding matches took place in Czechowice-Dziedzice where three teams competed. In the final we‘re going to meet a team from Buczkowice. We all start to keep our fingers crossed.

Within the Arboretum project a group of students went to Gródek – a school in Czech Republic to present their kamishibai tales about nature and have workshops. Both Czech and Polish students had to make a poster that encouraged to protect meadows.

International Day of Food was the reason to organize a food collection for the poorest people. The aim of this action was also to remind students about global food problems, undernourishment and poverty. Teenagers made posters and took part in acompetition about healthy lifestyle.
Regional chamber invited students to take part in a very special action – to write thank-you letters to the insurgents of The Warsaw Uprising. Then the letters were sent. In September Bielsko Forest District Office organized ecological workshop in our school. This time students’ task was to learn how to assemble a nesting box. All the boxes will be installed in our school Arboretum and local parks.
Our school is taking part in a project of Polish Ministry of Finances called “Financially Active – budget mission” and within the enterprise our student government conducted a special lesson.
